  • Yes. Golfers under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. In some cases, younger players may be evaluated by the golf staff to determine whether they are ready to play independently based on etiquette, pace of play, and overall course readiness.

  • Adults may rent and operate golf carts, and young adults ages 16 to 18 may do so with a valid driverโ€™s license. Golfers under 16 are not permitted to drive a cart.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and drinks are available through the Roundhouse Pub & Grill, and on-course beverage service may also be available on select days.

  • Guests are encouraged to wear clean, tasteful golf attire. Collared shirts and Bermuda-length shorts are recommended. Blue jeans, cut-off shorts, and sleeveless tops should be avoided. Soft spike or spikeless golf shoes are preferred.

  • Yes. Oneonta Country Club hosts tournaments throughout the season and also offers a public league on Thursday nights. For specific dates, registration details, and eligibility, please check the calendar of events or call the Pro Shop at (607) 432-8950. Some competitive events may require a USGA handicap.

  • Yes. The club offers both 9-hole and 18-hole play options. Call the Pro Shop at (607) 432-8950 for current rates and availability.
