image of Kermit Weaver — **Kermit Weaver - President**
Kermit was an employee of the Social Security Administration for 33 years and managed the Oneonta Social Security Office for 18 of those years. He has been a member of the Oneonta Country Club for 39 years and is currently in his 19th year serving on the OCC Board.

image of Theo Basdekis — **Theodoros Basdekis-Vice President**
Theo Basdekis has been an OCC member since 1998. He is the senior partner at the Law Firm of Scarzafava and Basdekis. Theo has previously served as a member of the City of Oneonta’s Centennial Committee, The Ricky Parisian Scholarship Foundation, and the 6th District Judicial Qualification Commission. He currently coaches the mock trial team at SUNY Oneonta.

**Dave Weaver**

Dave Weaver is on his second stint on the board, his first being when he served from 2013-2022.
Throughout his time on the board he has served as President, the head of the house committee, pro shop committee, membership and marketing committee, and steering committee.
Dave is a lifelong resident of Oneonta and lives with his wife, Erin, sons, Lucas and Landon, and daughters, Adelin and Audrey. Outside of golf he enjoys playing basketball and pickleball, watching his kids play sports and traveling to NYC with Erin to watch a Knicks game.

Bill Grau

Bill Grau has worked for the SUNY system since 1994. Bill is currently Executive Director of the SUNY SICAS Center, a shared-services group that provides software, training and other services to 48 SUNY campuses as well as 18 Private Colleges in New York.

Bill recently served as President of he Oneonta City School District Board of Education, President of the Oneonta Little League, Secretary of the Oneonta Soccer Club Board, and as a member of the College at Oneonta Athletic Hall of Fame Committee.

Pete is a native up-state New Yorker, and retired from the International Finance Corporation, the venture capital affiliate of the World Bank.
Earlier in his career he worked for the US State Department as a foreign service officer in West Africa.
Pete has been a member of OCC from 1998-2004 and again from 2016-present. During the interval he lived in South Carolina where he was a member of The Dataw Island Club, serving on its board and as President.

image of Rudy Trosin — **Rudy Trosin-Treasurer**
Rudy has been a member of the Oneonta Country Club since 2017. He presently serves as Treasurer of the Club, Chairman of the Finance Committee and Chairman of the Human Resources Committee.
Rudy spent over thirty years working for various insurance companies in management positions. He then went to work as an executive recruiter for the insurance industry.
Rudy and his wife Margaret have lived in eight states, she in three countries and have owned eleven houses and plan Oneonta to be their last stop.

**Michelle Wiltsie**
Michelle Leal-Wiltsie is a member of OCC along with her husband Chris Wiltsie. She works at Sportsfield Specialties in Delhi where she has been the Purchasing Manager for almost 18 years. She is currently the Vice President of the Women’s Golf Association.
